Privacy Policy

This explains what data TenacReach collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers two different kinds of data: data about you (our customer), and public creator data we help you discover.

1. Data we collect about you

• Account info: name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your plain-text password)
• Usage data: the searches you run, filters you use, creators you save, notes you write, and messages you send to TENI
• Billing info: handled entirely by our payment processor (Paystack); we receive confirmation of your plan and payment status, never your card number
• Technical data: IP address and request metadata, used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and keeping the Service reliable
• Cookies: a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies

2. How we use it

To run the Service (search, save leads, export, bill your subscription), to secure your account and prevent abuse, to respond when you contact support, and to improve TenacReach based on aggregate usage patterns. We don't sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run TenacReach, each only processes what it needs to do its job:

• Paystack — processes your subscription payment
• Anthropic (Claude) — when you message TENI, that message is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response
• ElevenLabs — if you play a TENI voice note, that reply's text is sent to ElevenLabs to generate the audio
• Railway — our hosting provider, stores our database and runs our servers

We don't share your data with anyone else, and none of these providers can use your data for their own purposes beyond providing their service to us.

4. Public creator data

Separately from your account data, TenacReach indexes publicly available information about YouTube and TikTok creators: channel statistics, and business contact details (an email or link) that the creator has chosen to publish publicly, for example in a channel description or on their own website. We never access private accounts, private messages, or any data that isn't already public. If you're a creator and want a listing corrected or removed, contact us and we'll act on it.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records (like billing history) for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Traffic to and from TenacReach is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we follow standard practices to protect your data and will notify affected users if we ever become aware of a breach affecting personal data.

8. Children's privacy

TenacReach is a business tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. International data

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. By using TenacReach, you consent to your data being processed in those locations under this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll post updates here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to you directly where required.
