These terms govern your use of TenacReach (the "Service"), operated by TenacReach. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
TenacReach helps you discover YouTube and TikTok creators for marketing and outreach. We index publicly available creator statistics and, where a creator has published one, a public business contact (an email address, website, or social profile). We never access private accounts, private messages, or non-public data. Our AI assistant, TENI, helps you search and offers outreach and deal-structure suggestions based on the information available, it is not a substitute for your own business judgment.
You need an account to use TenacReach. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
TenacReach offers a Free plan and paid Starter and Pro plans, billed monthly or yearly. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (currently Paystack); we don't store your card details ourselves. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Billing settings, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods already paid for.

Creator statistics and contact information are sourced from public profiles and pages, and can change or go stale, be inaccurate, or be removed by the creator at any time. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data surfaced by the Service, and we're not responsible for outcomes of outreach you conduct using it.
TenacReach, its software, design, and branding belong to us. You retain ownership of your own searches, saved lists, and notes. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes while your account is active.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenacReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the update.
